摘 要:为探讨成分输血对慢性贫血患者血清细胞因子及临床疗效的影响,本研究所选取的研究对象为2014年8月至2015年8月中我院收治的124例慢性贫血患者,使用随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组及对照组,每组62例。对照组常规输入全血治疗,观察组输入成分血即悬浮红细胞制品。通过比较两组患者血常规、血清细胞因子和临床疗效等进行分析研究。结果显示,观察组有效率为96.77%,明显高于对照组的87.10%(χ^2=3.916,p<0.05);观察组的血红蛋白、红细胞和红细胞压积水平高于对照组(t=5.406,3.686,2.142,p<0.05);在血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、γ-干扰素及白细胞介素-6等含量上,观察组明显低于对照组(t=6.961,8.419,11.059,p<0.05);输血量上,观察组明显少于对照组(t=21.840,p<0.05),输血不良反应中,观察组为3.23%,低于对照组的17.74%(χ^2=6.960,p<0.05)。结果显示,成分输血能有助于下调慢性贫血患者血清细胞因子表达水平,降低不良反应,提高临床疗效。To investigate the effect of component transfusion on serum cytokines and clinical efficacy in patients with chronic anemia, this study selected 124 patients with chronic anemia who received treatment in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015. The subjects were divided into observation group and control group with 62 cases in each group by the method of random number table. The control group was routinely treated with whole blood, and the observation group was given component blood, that is, suspended red blood cell products. The blood routine, serum cytokines and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 96.77%, which was significantly higher than 87.10% of the control group (χ^2=3.916, p<0.05). The hemoglobin, red blood cell and hematocrit levels of the observation group were higher than those of control group (t=5.406, 3.686, 2.142, p<0.05).; the contents of serum tumor necrosis factor-α, γ-interferon and interleukin-6 were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (t=6.961, 8.419, 11.059, p<0.05); the amount of blood transfusion was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (t=21.840, p<0.05). The adverse reaction of transfusion in the observation group was 3.23%, which was lower than that in the control group of 17.74%(χ^2=6.960, p<0.05). The results showed that component transfusion could help down-regulate serum cytokine expression levels in patients with chronic anemia, reduce adverse reactions, and improve clinical efficacy.
