102例住院患者跌倒/坠床危险因素分析及对策

摘　　要：为分析住院患者跌倒/坠床相关危险因素,并为预防住院患者跌倒/坠床伤害提供理论依据及对策,本研究回顾性分析2015年某三甲综合医院护理不良事件上报系统中的102名跌倒/坠床伤害患者,将跌倒/坠床伤害患者分为4组(无伤害组,轻度伤害组,中度伤害组,重度伤害组)并作为因变量,数据库资料中与跌倒/坠床相关的其他变量作为自变量进行相关分析。结果显示,患者跌倒/坠床伤害的程度与有无陪护、是否用精神病药物、风险评估级别及跌倒情景等因素具有显著关联(α=0.05,p<0.05)。本研究表明,完善专科跌倒/坠床风险评估量表,加强住院患者跌倒/坠床风险的动态评估及健康教育指导,落实患者生活照护,对高发的高危人群、时段、地点、易发情境给予针对性的风险防范管理,可有效降低临床跌倒/坠床的发生几率。The study aimed to analyze the risk factors related to falls/falling bed in hospitalized patients, and to provide theoretical basis and countermeasures for preventing falls/falling bed injury in hospitalized patients. This study retrospectively analyzed 102 patients with falls/falling bed injuries in a nursing adverse event reported in a system in a top three general hospital in 2015, and divided the patients with falls/falling injuries into 4 groups (no injury group, mild injury group, moderate injury group, severe injury group) as a dependent variable. Other variables related to the fall/falling bed in the database data were analyzed as independent variables for correlation analysis. The results showed that the degree of fall/falling bed injury was significantly associated with the presence or absence of accompanying care, the use of psychotropic drugs, risk assessment levels, and fall scenarios (α=0.05, p<0.05). The results of this study indicated that we should improve the specialist fall/falling bed risk assessment scale, strengthen the dynamic assessment of the fall/falling bed risk of hospitalized patients and health education guidance, implement patient life care, and target risk prevention management to the high-risk population, time, place, and prone situation.
