喜美恩舒缓修护浓缩原液联合他克莫司治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨喜美恩舒缓修护浓缩原液联合0.03%他克莫司治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性,本研究选取63例颜面再发性皮炎患者并随机分为3组,分别为治疗组、对照1组和对照2组,治疗组给予喜美恩舒缓修护浓缩原液联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗,对照1组给予他克莫司乳膏治疗,对照2组给予喜美恩舒缓修护浓缩原液治疗。用药2周后进行疗效判定。结果显示,患者治疗结束时,治疗组的有效率(90.48%)与对照1组的有效率(76.19%)的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),但与对照2组有效率(47.62%)相比较,均具有显著性差异。对照1组患者治疗过程中有红斑加重、瘙痒等副反应。本研究表明喜美恩舒缓修护浓缩原液联合0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗颜面再发性皮炎效果显著,且安全性高,值得临床推广。To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Ximei En Soothing Repair Concentrated liquid in combination with 0.03% tacrolimus in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis, this study selected 63 patients with facial recurrent dermatitis, which were randomly divided into 3 groups: treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2. The treatment group was given Ximei En Soothing Repair concentrated liquid combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment. The control group 1 was treated with tacrolimus cream, and the control group 2 was treated with Ximei En Soothing Repair concentrated liquid solution. The effect was judged 2 weeks after the administration. The results showed that at the end of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group (90.48%) was not significantly different from that of the control group (76.19%) (p>0.05), but it was effective with the control group 2 (47.62%). In comparison, there were significant differences. In the control group, there were side effects such as erythema aggravation and itching during the treatment. This study showed that Ximei En Soothing Repair concentrated liquid combined with 0.03% tacrolimus ointment might be effective in the treatment of facial recurrent dermatitis, and it might be safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
