摘　　要：本文分3个阶段对长江流域血吸虫病防治工作进行了回顾,围绕血吸虫病防治举措和防治成效进行了阐述,分析指出了现阶段血防工作重点为传染源控制和监测体系建设,以期对我国血吸虫病防治工作有所裨益。This paper reviewed the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in the Yangtze River Basin in three stages,centered on the measures and achievements.It pointed out the key work of prevention and control which are infectious source control and effective surveillance at present stage.It will be beneficial to schistosomiasis control in China.
