摘 要:目的探究维生素AE与脾氨肽联合治疗反复性呼吸道感染患儿的效果及其对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年11月至2017年11月江苏省南通市如皋市人民医院收治的反复性呼吸道感染患儿130例。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组患儿采用静脉滴注抗菌药物治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上采用维生素AE与脾氨肽联合治疗,2组均持续治疗3个月。对比2组的临床疗效及治疗前后T细胞亚群和免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平变化。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组[90. 8%(59/65)比73. 8%(48/65)],差异有统计学意义(P=0. 011)。观察组治疗3个月后CD_3^+、CD_4^+水平和CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值均明显高于对照组,CD_8^+水平明显低于对照组[(62±5)%比(50±5)%、(38±4)%比(23±3)%、(1.21±0. 16)比(0.90±0.13)、(21.3±4. 6)%比(33.6±4.2)%],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组治疗3个月后IgG、IgM、IgE水平均明显高于对照组[(10.27±0.35)g/L比(9.15±0.28)g/L、(2. 12±0. 12)g/L比(1.94±0. 14)g/L、(2.93±0. 14)g/L比(1.85±0.19)g/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.01)。结论维生素AE与脾氨肽联合治疗反复性呼吸道感染患儿可有效提高临床疗效,且对提高其机体免疫力作用显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of vitamin AE combined with spleen aminopeptide in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection and its effect on immune function.Methods From November 2016to November 2017,130children with recurrent respiratory infection admitted to Rugao People's Hospital were enrolled.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 65cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous infusion of antibiotics.The observation group was treated with antibiotics,vitamin AE and spleen aminopeptide.Both groups were treated for 3months.Clinical efficacy,changes of T cell subsets and immunoglobulin (Ig)were analyzed.Results Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [90.8%(59/65)vs 73.8%(48/65)] (P =0.011).At 3months after treatment,CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher and CDs was lower than those in the control group[(62±5)%vs (50±5)%,(38±4)%vs (23±3)%,(1.21± 0.16)vs (0.90±0.13),(21.3±4.6)%vs (33.6±4.2)%](all P <0.01).Levels of IgG,IgM and IgE in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(10.27±0.35)g/L vs (9.15±0.28)g/L, (2.12±0.12)g/L vs (1.94±0.14)g/L,(2.93±0.14)g/L vs (1.85±0.19)g/L](all P <0.01). Conclusion Vitamin AE combined with spleen aminopeptidc treating children with recurrent respiratory traet infection can effectively improve the clinical efficaey and immune function.
