摘　　要：监狱罪犯疾病"三预"机制,即罪犯疾病预测、预警、预防机制,具有对罪犯健康疾病情况进行风险预测、风险警示、风险化解等作用。"三预"机制对于总体国家安全观在监狱医院的落实,及时发现、分析和解决监狱医疗安全工作存在的问题,增强维护监狱安全稳定的针对性和准确性具有十分重要的意义。The "three pre"mechanism of prison criminals'diseases,i.e.the mechanism of disease prediction, early warning and prevention,has the functions of risk prediction,risk warning and risk resolution for prisoners' health diseases.This is of great significance for the implementation of the overall national security concept in prison hospitals,timely discovery,analysis and solution of prison medical security problems,and to enhance the pertinence and accuracy of maintaining prison security and stability.
