摘　　要：党的十九大明确提出中国特色的社会主义已经进入新时代,随着国家整体战略的推进,社区矫正工作作为中国特色社会主义事业的一部分,也将跨入新时代。在新时代背景下,社会力量参与社区矫正工作已经出现了许多新问题,需要我们创新思维勇于改革,积极探求社会力量参与社区矫正的新路径,提升社区矫正质量,真正落实治本安全观的宗旨要义。The nineteenth Party Congress has put forward that the Chinese socialism has entered.a new era,with the overall national strategy to promote the work of community correction,as a part of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics;the community correction will also enter the new era.In the background of the new era, social forces to participate in the work of community correction has been the emergence of many new problems and puzzles,we need innovatively thinking to reform,and actively explore new path of social forces to participate in community correction,improve the quality of community corrections,truly implement the essence of security concept fundamental purpose.
