新型不粘料锥形逆流混合机衬板的应用

摘　　要：针对攀枝花钒钛磁铁精矿粒度粗、亲水性差、成球性不好、造成烧结料层透气性差的问题,对新1号烧结机二次混合机进行改造,在二次混合机筒体内用新型不粘料锥形衬板,解决了烧结料层透气性差的问题,减轻了混合机电动机负荷,减少了用电量,减少了设备非计划停机时间,提高了产品质量.There are some problems existing in the Panzhihua vanadium-titanium magnetic concentrate,such as rough granularity,bad hydrophilicity,bailing and permeability in sintering material layer.A modification is carried out on the new mixer of the No.1 sintering machine.The new type slicking free conical liner is used inside the barrel of the secondary mixer.Therefore,the load of the electric motor for the mixer,power consumption and nonscheduled shutdown times are reduced.The product quality is improved.
