摘 要:敦煌莫高窟游客中心的采光天井由弧形柱、环形梁及曲面板3种异形混凝土构件构成,造型独特、结构复杂。通过合理划分施工段、三维精确测量、优化支架搭设流程、钢筋三维施工模拟定位、采用自密实混凝土等技术,解决了各构件测量定位、空间造型精确、支撑体系搭设、钢筋安装以及自密实混凝土浇筑等施工难点,满足了工程施工质量的要求,并取得了良好的经济效益。The lighting courtyard of Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes Visitor Center is composed of three specialshaped concrete members,which are arc-shape columns,ring beams and cured formwork.Lighting courtyard also has a unique shape and complex structure.The construction difficulties such as measuring and positioning of components,accurate spatial modeling,setting up of supporting system,steel bar installation and self-compacting concrete pouring are solved,through reasonable division of construction section,three-dimensional accurate measurement,optimization of the support building process,threedimensional simulation of meets the requirements of reiriforcement positioning,self-compacting concrete and other technologies.It construction quality and abstains good economic benefits.
