RESOLVE DWI在颅脑MRI检查中改善金属假牙伪影的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨在颅脑磁共振检查中高分辨扩散加权成像(RESOLVE DWI)在改善由金属假牙产生的磁敏感伪影的应用价值。方法选择天津市环湖医院以急性脑卒中症状接受磁共振检查患者中不能摘除金属假牙者20例,扫描序列为单次激发回波平面成像(ss-EPI)DWI及RESOLVE DWI,对两组序列所得到的图像质量进行主观分析和客观分析。主观评分5级,对每组图像进行评分。客观评价根据信噪比(SNR)的公式SNR=SI组织/SD背景,测量两组图像在同一层面的SNR、ADC做配对比较。结果相较于ss-EPI DWI序列图像,RESOLVE DWI序列图像评分远高于前者,图像SNR明显增加,两种序列之间ADC值无明显差异。结论 RESOLVE DWI在改善由金属假牙产生的磁敏感伪影方面明显优于ss-EPI DWI,能够清晰显示颅内病变而不改变ADC值,在不能摘除金属假牙患者中可常规应用RESOLVE DWI序列来提高图像质量。Objective To investigate the value of high resolution diffusion weighted imaging (RESOLVE DWI)in improving magnetic sensitive artifacts produced by metal dentures in brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).Methods Twenty patients with metal dentures who could not be removed in MRI examination of acute stroke symptoms in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital were selected.Single shot-echo planar imaging (ss-EPI)DWI and RESOLVE DWI were used to analyze the image quality of the two sequences subjectively and objectively.The subjective score was 5,and each group was scored.Objective evaluation:according to the formula of signal noise ratio (SNR),SNR=SI organization/SD background,the SNR and ADC of two groups of images at the same level were measured and compared.Results RESOLVE DWI sequence image score was significantly higher than ss-EPI DWI sequence image score,image SNR increased significantly,there was no significant difference in ADC between the two sequences.Conclusion RESOLVE DWI is superior to ss-EPI DWI in improving magnetic sensitive artifacts produced by metal dentures.It can clearly display intracranial lesions without changing the ADC value.RESOLVE DWI sequence can be routinely used to improve image quality in patients who can not remove metal dentures.
