摘　　要：目的探析沟通技巧在健康体检护理中的效果。方法以肇庆市第二人民医院体检的200名人员为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组直接进行健康体检,而观察组在健康体检过程中运用沟通技巧,比较两组的满意度。结果观察组体检者在责任心、人性化、服务态度和沟通方式方面的满意度评分较对照组高;观察组体检者的依从性评分明显高于对照组,两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检护理中运用沟通技巧,可以提高体检者在各方面的满意度,且体检者的依从性良好,可提高受检者健康遵医行为及正确的健康行为,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of communication skills in health examination and nursing. Methods 200medical examinees in The Second People's Hospital of Zhaoqing were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100cases in each group.The control group received physical examination directly,while the observation group used communication skills to compare the satisfaction of the two groups.Results The satisfaction scores of responsibility,humanization,service attitude and communication style of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the compliance score of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of communication skills in health examination nursing can improve the satisfaction of physical examinees in all aspects,and the compliance of physical examinees is good,which can improve the health compliance behavior and correct health behavior of the examinees,and is worthy of further promotion and application.
