摘　　要：目的调查了解乳腺癌患者药物依从性现状及与心理韧性的关系。方法抽取新疆地区4所三甲医院乳腺外科212例女性乳腺癌患者为调查对象,采用药物依从性量表和心理韧性量表进行调查,使用回归法分析心理韧性对药物依从性的影响。结果212例乳腺癌患者中,药物依从性高、中及低的患者分别是60(28.30%)、124(58.49%)和28例(13.21%)。有心理干预史患者药物依从性得分显著高于无心理干预史患者(t=5.957,P<0.01)。单独居住患者药物依从性得分显著低于与亲人同住患者(t=5.446,P<0.01)。病程≤1年患者药物依从性得分显著高于病程2~3和>3年患者(P<0.01)。家庭关系融洽患者药物依从性得分显著高于家庭关系一般及隔阂多患者(P<0.01)。心理韧性进入乳腺癌患者药物依从性得分的回归方程(β=0.232,P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者药物依从性水平有待提高,心理干预史、居住状态、家庭关系及病程可能影响药物依从性水平提升,心理韧性与药物依从性具有一定的预测关系。[Objective] To investigate the relationship between medication compliance and psychological resilience in breast cancer patients.[Methods]212 breast cancer patients in breast surgery department of four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang were selected as the subjects,who were investigated by medication compliance scale and psychological resilience scale. The effects of psychological resilience on medication compliance were analyzed by regression analysis.[Results]Among the 212 breast cancer patients,60(28.30%) showed good medication compliance,124(58.49%) were general and 28(13.21%) were poor. The score of medication compliance of patients has a history of psychological intervention was significantly higher than that of those without a history of psychological intervention(t=5.957,P<0.01). The score of medication compliance of patients living alone was significantly lower than that of patients living with relatives (t=5.446,P<0.01). The score of medication compliance of patients whose coursewas one year or lesswas significantly higher than that of thosewhose course was 2-3 years or longer than three years(P<0.01). The medication compliance score of the breast cancer patients with harmonious family relationship was significantly higher than that of those with disharmony family relationship(P<0.01). Psychological resilience entered the regression equation of medication compliance score of breast cancer patients(β=0.232,P<0.01)[. Conclusion]The level of medication compliance should be enhanced among breast cancer patients,and history of psychological intervention,living state,family relationships,and course of the disease are related to medication compliance among breast cancer patients. Psychological resilience has a positive predictive relationship on the medication compliance of the breast cancer patients.
