摘  要:目的了解南通市电焊工人的高频听力损失情况,对其防控提供建议。方法将南通市177家企业接触噪声的3265名电焊工人作为研究对象,收集其2017年在岗期间职业健康检查相关资料,分析电焊工人双耳高频听力损失情况。结果2017年3265名电焊工人的双耳高频平均听阈异常率为13.94%。不同年龄、不同接触噪声工龄、不同企业规模、不同企业经济类型双耳高频平均听阈异常检出率之间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。随着工人年龄的增长或接触噪声工龄的增加,双耳高频平均听阈异常检出率存在递增趋势(P<0.01)。结论职业噪声可造成电焊工人双耳高频听力损伤,应当引起重视,需加强职业卫生监管,做好职业卫生防护工作。[Objective]To understand the high frequency hearing loss of welding workers in Nantong City and put forward the suggestions for prevention and control.[Methods]3 265 welding workers exposed to noise in 177 enterprises in Nantong City were chosen as the study subjects,the information of their occupational health examination in 2017 were collected ,to analyze their highfrequency hearing loss.[Results]In 2017,the abnormity rate of binaural high-frequency hearing threshold in 3 265 welding workers was 13.94%. There were statistically significant differences in the abnormity rate of binaural high-frequency hearing threshold among workers in different ages,noise exposure years,enterprise scales and enterprise economic types (all P<0.05). The abnormity rate of binaural high-frequency hearing threshold increased with the increases of age and noise exposure years (P<0.01). [Conclusion]Occupational noise can cause binaural high-frequency hearing damage of welders,which should be draw attention. The occupational health supervision should be strengthened and occupational health protection measures should be improved.
