摘　　要：目的了解淮安市放射工作人员眼晶状体浑浊情况,探索其动态变化趋势及影响因素,为更好保障放射性工作人员健康提供依据。方法收集2012—2016年淮安市放射工作人员职业健康检查的资料,比较不同年份、不同年龄及工龄研究对象间眼晶状体浑浊检出率差异,采用多因素logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果晶状体浑浊检出率有逐年下降的趋势(P<0.05),不同工龄研究对象晶状体浑浊检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。工龄[OR(95%CI):1.02(1.01-1.05)]及是否患肾脏疾病[OR(95%CI):4.22(1.78-10.03)]与晶状体浑浊具有相关关系。结论2012—2016年淮安市放射工作人员眼晶状体浑浊检出率逐年下降,但部分人群异常率仍然较高,应进一步规范放射性工作人员的健康管理,采取措施控制工龄较长人群眼晶状体浑浊情况。[Objective] To understand the status of lens opacification among radiation workers in Huai'an City,Explore its dynamic trend and influencing factors,and provide evidence for better guarantee of radiation workers' health.[Methods]Data of occupational physical examination from radiation workers in Huai'an City from 2012-2016 were collected. Analysis was performed to compare the differences in the detection rate of lens opacification among subjects with different characteristics ,such as year, age and working age.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors.[Results]The detection rate of lens opacification showed a downward trend year by year(P<0.05). The difference in detection rate of lens opacification was statistically significant among subjects with different working years. The working age [OR(95%CI):1.02(1.01-1.05)] and kidney disease[OR(95%CI):4.22(1.78-10.03)] were associated with lens opacification.[Conclusion]Form 2012 to 2016,the detection rate of lens opacification among radiation workers in Huai'an City is decreasing year by year,but some population still have high rate of lens opacification. It is necessary to standardize the health management of radiation workers and take measures to control the lens opacification among workers with longer length of service.
