摘  要:微小RNA(miRNA)是一类长度为21~25核苷酸(nt)的单链非编码小RNA分子,它们普遍存在于真核细胞内。大量研究发现,辐射可以诱导一系列miRNA分子的表达,辐射诱导的miRNA与辐射损伤及光损伤、辐射的敏感性、辐射诱导肿瘤的发生和辐射旁观者效应有着密切的关系。本文概述辐射诱导miRNA的研究进展,旨在为放射病的防护和肿瘤放疗提供新思路。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small single-stranded noncoding RNAs consisting of 21-25 nucleotides that are widespread in the eukaryotic cells. A lot of research found that the radiation may induce the expression of a series of miRNAs molecules , miRNAs have a close relationship with radiation damage or light damage,radiation sensitive,the occurrence of tumors induced by radiation and the bystander effect. The research progress on radiation-induced miRNAs is reviewed in this paper,and its target is to provide a new thinking for the protection of radiation sickness and radiotherapy of tumor.
