柿石性肠梗阻1例诊治经验

摘　　要：目的探讨柿石性小肠梗阻的临床治疗方式。方法回顾性分析我院1例术后确诊为柿石性肠梗阻患者的病例资料。结果根据患者病史,体格检查及影像学资料诊断为肠梗阻,柿石性十二指肠梗阻可能。经手术切开取石后痊愈出院。结论肠梗阻为外科常见疾病,但因柿石性引起的小肠梗阻较为少见,诊断较为困难,确诊依赖术中确诊,治疗以手术切开取石为主。Objective Research on the clinical treatment method of Persimmon intestinal obstruction.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of one case of patients diagnosed as Persimmon intestinal obstruction after operation in the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College.Results Based on the medical history of patient,physical examinations and iconography documents the patient could be diagnosed intestinal obstruction,persimmon duodenal obstruction.By operation the stone was taken away and patient was cured.Conclusions Intestinal obstruction is a normal surgical illness.However,the small-bowel obstruction by Persimmon is rare,which is difficult to be diagnosed. The diagnosis must rely on the operation.Operating and taking away stone is the main method to treat it.
