摘　　要：为适应市场需求,灵活调整产品结构,通过技改使150 kt/a料浆法磷酸一铵装置具备100 kt/a传统法NPK复合肥的生产能力。介绍具体技改措施(包括:新增原料系统、新增造粒系统、新增洗涤系统和原有筛分冷却系统技改等),以及技改后的工艺流程。技改后,该装置可实现料浆法磷酸一铵与传统法NPK复合肥的切换生产。In order to satisfy market demand and flexibly adjust product structure,the 150kt/a MAP plant with slurry process is transformed for production of 100kt/a NPK compound fertilizer with traditional process.The technical transformation measures are introduced such as adding raw material system,granulation system and washing system,reforming original screening and cooling system.After the transformation,the plant can produce both MAP with slurry process and NPK compound fertilizer with traditional process .
