湿法磷酸渣在大型黄磷电炉上的应用研究

摘　　要：湿法磷酸渣是湿法磷酸浓缩和陈化过程中生成的沉淀物和氟硅酸盐结晶物的混合物。简要介绍电炉法黄磷生产工艺,重点分析将湿法磷酸渣混入磷矿粉烧结后作为大型电炉入炉料生产黄磷的可能性,并进行磷酸渣入炉工业化生产试验。结果表明,将磷酸渣与磷矿粉混合烧结后生产黄磷磷炉炉况变化较大,增加了调整难度,但从工艺原理、安全、应用方面都是可行的。Wet-process phosphoric acid slag is the mixture of sediment and fluosilicate crystal in wet-process phosphoric acid concentration and aging process.The yellow phosphorus production process by electric furnace process is briefly introduced. The possibility of production of yellow phosphorus,from wet-process phosphoric acid slag mixed with phosphate rock sintering as the material into a large electric furnace is analyzed,and the industrial production experiment is carried out.The results show that,the change of furnacecondition of yellow phosphorus production from phosphoric acid slag mixed with phosphate rock sintering as material is bigger, increasing the process adjustment difficulty,but from the aspects of process principle,security and application production of yellow phosphorus from phosphoric acid slag mixed with phosphate rock is feasible.
