固肾安胎丸治疗肾虚肝郁型早期复发性流产的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察固肾安胎丸联合黄体酮胶囊治疗早期复发性流产的效果,为复发性流产的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2013年3月-2016年10月在襄阳市中心医院生殖门诊确诊为复发性流产合并黄体功能不全且辨证属肾虚肝郁型的患者87例为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组。对照组于排卵后口服黄体酮胶囊,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用固肾安胎丸,每日3次,每次1袋。观察期内两组共妊娠69例(治疗组39例,对照组30例),比较治疗前后各项临床指标的差异。结果治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候评分显著低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固肾安胎丸具有改善肾虚肝郁症状及改善黄体功能预防早期复发性流产的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Gushen'antai pill combined with progesterone capsule in treatment of early recurrent abortion,provide a theoretical basis for treatment of early recurrent abortion.Methods Eighty-seven patients diagnosed as kidney asthenia and liver depression type of early recurrent abortion complicated with luteal insufficiency definitely in Outpatient of Reproduction in Xiangyang Municipal Central Hospital from March 2013 to October 2016 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were given oral administration of progesterone capsule after ovulation,and the patiens in treatment group were treated by Gushen'antai pill ( three times a day,one bag per time) based on oral administration of progesterone capsule.During observation period,69 women got pregnancy in the two groups,including 39 women in treatment group and 30 women in control group.The clinical indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group ( P<0.05) .After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were statistically significantly lower than those before treatment,TCM syndrome score after treatment in tretment group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Gushen'antai pill can improve kidney asthenia,liver depression,and luteal function,prevent early recurrent abortion.
