摘  要:导电红外辐射陶瓷基板是以特定的工艺技术,在陶瓷基料中掺杂多种化学元素和化合物,经高温烧结后形成具备红外发热功能的新型陶瓷电热转换元件。该陶瓷电热红外板为层状结构,上下表层为绝缘保护层,中间为电热陶瓷导体。热量主要以红外线(波长2.5~15μm)发射。研究探讨了陶瓷基体材料的组成特性和工艺技术对辐射基板电气性能影响等,研制成功了电热效率高、红外辐射性能好、耐温耐腐蚀、抗氧化等特性的电热导电陶瓷基板。The conductive infrared radiated ceramic substrate is a new type of ceramic electro-therm-al conversion product with infrared heating function, which is fabricated by a specific process including doping a variety of chemical elements and compounds, then sintering at high temperature. This radiated ceramic substrate is the layered structure which the upper and lower surface layers are insulating layer and the middle is the electrically heated ceramic conductor. The heat is mainly emitted in infrared rays(2.5-15μm). The phase composition of the ceramic substrate and its influences on the behavior of electricity, the influence of process on the electric performance of radiated substrate are discussed. The conductive infrared radiated ceramic substrate with high electrothermal efficiencybetter infrared radiation performance, heat and corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance has been prepared successfully.
