摘 要:BiFeO_3多铁性低维纳米结构具有出色的室温多铁性能和纳米尺度下的纳米尺寸效应,在微电子和光电子等方面具有广泛的应用前景。本文对准一维纳米结构BiFeO_3的制备方式进行了详细的阐述,对BiFeO_3在光催化领域的研究和应用进行了概括,并对其亟待解决的问题进行了分析。Low-dimensional nanostructured BiFeO3 multiferroic materials show widely application propects in the fields of microelectronics and optoelectronics,due to their excellent multiferroic properties at room temperature and nanometer size effect. In this paper,the fabrication methods of quasi one-dimensional nanostructured BiFeO3 were described in detail. The research and application of BiFeO3 in the field of photocatalysis were summarized. In addition,the problems need to be solved were analyzed.
