摘　　要：目的探讨子宫压迫缝合术在产后出血患者中运用对患者凝血功能和创伤应激指标的影响。方法选择2015年7月-2016年7月在本院出现产后出血的90例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均为内科保守治疗无效后采用的子宫压迫缝合止血,检测子宫压迫缝合止血后患者凝血功能、氧化应激指标及炎症反应水平的影响。结果术后12 h患者PT、APTT、TT、D-二聚体水平明显下降,随着术后时间的延长PT、APTT、TT、D-二聚体水平持续下降,随着术后时间的延长MDA、AOPP水平进一步下降,随着术后时间的延长GSH-PX、SOD水平进一步升高,术后12 h患者CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平明显降低,且随着术后时间的延长,CRP、IL-6、TNF-α进一步下降。结论子宫压迫缝合有助于改善创伤出血患者凝血功能和创伤应激指标。Objective To investigate the effect of uterine compression suture on blood coagulation function and trauma stress index in patients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods During July 2015-July 2016 in our hospital,90 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients were selected as research objects,who all had uterine compression suture hemostasis after invalid conservative treatment,and the effect of blood coagulation function,oxidative stress and inflammation in uterine compression suture hemostasis was detected. Results Postoperatively,the levels of PT,APTT,TT,D-dimer in patients after 12 h significantly decreased,continued to decline with the prolonging of surgery time,and MDA and AOPP levels further declined with time.GSH-PX and SOD levels significantly increased with time after surgeray,while IL-6,CRP,TNF-alpha significantly reduced,and further declined with time after surgery. Conclusion Uterine compression suture is helpful to improve coagulation function and trauma stress index in patients with traumatic bleeding.
