摘 要:目的总结义乌市2015年-2017年居民碘盐监测工作,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》规定的碘盐监测的抽样方法和盐碘检测方法进行监测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果 2015年-2017年共监测盐样1 146份,碘盐覆盖率为98. 25%,碘盐合格率为97. 42%,合格碘盐食用率为95. 72%,碘盐合格率均在96%以上,非碘盐率为1. 75%。3年的碘盐覆盖率呈逐年下降趋势,碘盐合格率均在96%以上,且稳中有升,合格碘盐食用率基本稳定在96%,非碘盐率呈逐年上升趋势。各年度的盐碘均值和中位数均维持在23 mg/kg左右,不合格碘盐主要集中在5 mg/kg^18 mg/kg。结论义乌市2015年-2017年碘盐指标均达到国家消除碘缺乏病有关标准,应继续加强碘盐监测工作,加强监督和健康教育宣传力度,巩固碘缺乏病防治所取得的效果。Objective To summarize the monitoring of iodized salt in Yiwu from 2015 to 2017,so as to provide scientific basis for the sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disease( IDD). Methods According to the requirement of the National Iodine Deficiency Disease Monitoring Program,salt samples were randomly collected,the iodine content was detected and the results were analyzed statistically. Results 1 146 household salt samples were detected from 2015 to 2017,and the coverage rate of iodized salt was 98. 25%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97. 42%,the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was95. 72%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was above 96%,and the rate of non iodized salt was 1. 75%. The coverage of iodized salt showed declining trend anually; the qualified rate of iodized salt was more than 96%,and showing a steady rise; the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was stable at about 96%. The rate of non iodized salt was increasing anually. The mean and median of salt iodine maintained at 23 mg/kg; the iodine content of unqualified iodized salt was mostly within 5 mg/kg-18 mg/kg.Conclusion The indexes of iodized salt during 2015-2017 in Yiwu have reached the national standards for the elimination of iodine deficiency disease. It is necessary to strengthen monitoring,supervision and health education,so as to consolidate the prevention effect of IDD.
