摘 要:当前各核电站安全级仪控系统均使用了部分外购物项(CGI)。为了确保这些非按核质保要求设计和制造的物项满足核安全级功能要求,需开展商品级物项适用性确认(CGD)。针对核级仪控系统,专门的检验是最直接有效的CGD方法。目前国内各核级仪控系统供应商已开始相关实践,尚未形成一套行之有效的方法。广利核公司在田湾5&6项目中做了完整实践,并提出了一种包含批的形成、抽检方案确定、检验方法设计、检验结果评估四个方面内容的硬件商品级物项批次性检验技术。实践结果证明此技术能够确保商品级物项实现安全质量目标,可在国内自主仪控系统工程实施过程中推广使用。At present,all the safety-class I&C systems in nuclear power plant use some commercial grade items (CGI).In order to make sure that these items which are not designed and manufactured according to the nuclear quality requirements can fulfill the nuclear safety-class functional requirements,the commercial grade dedication (CGD)needs to be developed.For the nuclear-grade I&C system,the specialized inspection is the most effective CGD method.At present,domestic suppliers of nuclear-grade I&C systems have begun relevant practices but have not yet formed a set of effective methods.CTEC has done a complete practice in the Tianwan 5&6 project recently,and proposed a hardware CGI inspection technique including four aspects:batch formation,determination of sampling scheme,inspection method design and assessment of inspection results.Practical results prove that this technology can ensure the safety and quality of commercial grade items, and can be promoted and used in the implementations of other domestic self-owned I&C system projects.
