摘　　要：本文以近年上市的包含氟环唑的复配组合物新产品为例,分析产品相关的专利申请实质审查过程和目前的法律状态,总结其中出现的问题和经验,为农药企业利用专利保护复配组合物新产品提供建议。This paper,taking the recent novel composition products containing epoxiconazole as an example,analyzed the examination process and legal status of these patent applications,summarized the emerging problems and experiences,and proposed the suggestions for pesticide company on how to utilize patent to protect novel composition products.
