摘 要:对测定镀锌板中氧、氮含量过程中可能存在的干扰因素进行分析,通过对锌层的去除、砂带材质的选择、清洗液和清洗时间的选择、样品的制备等进行研究确保了样品制样过程中不被氧化及保证试样不受污染;通过对石墨坩埚的选择、试剂有效性的检查、设置合适的分析时间参数、称样量和功率的选择、空白值的控制等进行研究确保了各个分析环节均得到了较好的控制。通过对上述因素进行控制最终得到了较低的检出限和测定下限,保证了镀锌薄板中氧、氮含量分析结果的准确度和精密度。In this paper,the possible interference factors in the determination of oxygen and nitrogen content in galvanized sheet were analyzed.The removal of zinc layer,the choice of abrasive belt material,the choice of cleaning solution and cleaning time,the preparation of samples were studied to ensure that the samples were not oxidized and not polluted during the sample preparation.The selection of crucible,the checking of reagent effectiveness,the setting of appropriate analysis time parameters,the selection of sample weighing and power,and the control of blank value were studied to ensure that all analysis links were well controlled.By controlling the above factors,the lower detection limit and the lower determination limit were obtained,which ensured the accuracy and precision of the analysis results of oxygen and nitrogen content in galvanized sheets.
