微信平台在留置双J管出院患者延伸护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析微信平台在泌尿外科留置双J管患者延伸护理中的应用。方法将160例留置双J管出院患者随机分为对照组80例,观察组80例,两组患者在住院期间、出院前进行常规健康教育,出院后进行电话随访,观察组患者在此基础上,将该组患者纳入微信群,进行微信随访,并组织群内患者学习双J管相关知识,随时解答患者提出疑问,了解患者出院后情况及遵医行为,并给予指导。拔管时对两组患者相关护理知识掌握、遵医行为、置管期间并发症的发生情况进行比较。结果观察组患者对相关护理知识掌握、遵医行为、置管期间并发症的发生情况优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论应用微信平台进行延续性护理能有效降低患者置管期间并发症的发生,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the application of wechat in the extended nursing of patients with indwelling double J tube in Department of Urology.Methods 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups (80cases in the control group and 80cases in the observation group).Two groups of patients received routine health education during the hospitali- zation,and telephone follow-up after discharge.On the basis of this,the observation group followed up by wechat was included in the wechat group,and the patients were organized to learn the related knowledge of double J tube.The researcher answered the question of the patients at any time.The patients condition Mter discharge,the behavior of compliance and individual guidance were gaven by the researcher.When the double J tube was pulled out,the related nursing knowledge,compliance behaviors and the incidence of complications during the management were analyzed statistically.Results The mastery of related nursing knowledge,compliance behaviors and incidence of complications during the management in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of wechat for continuing care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications during the management,promoting the recovery of the patients'health.
