摘  要:设计了一种基于片上变压器的隔离式DC-DC开关电源。通过分析影响开关电源能量转换效率的因素,设计了一种应用于隔离式DC-DC开关电源的LC振荡器,提高了隔离式开关电源的整体效率。采用CSMC 0.35μm BCD工艺进行设计,并将该振荡器应用于隔离式开关电源。隔离式开关电源的输入电压为3.3V,输出电压为5V。仿真结果表明,时钟振荡频率为180 MHz,应用该振荡器的DC-DC开关电源最大输出电流达到62mA,转换效率提高到35.6%。An isolated DC-DC switching power circuit based on on-chip transformer was designed.By analyzing the energy conversion efficiency of DC-DC switching power,an LC oscillator using isolated DC-DC switching supply circuit was designed,and the efficiency of the isolated switching power converter had been increased.The oscillator was designed in CSMC 0.35μm BCD process and used in an isolated DC-DC converter.Simulation results showed that the converter was fulfilled with the function of converting 3V input voltage to 5V output voltage while the clock oscillation frequency of the DC-DC converter was 180MHz,the maximum output current of the converter was 62mA,and its conversion efficiency was improved up to 35.6%.
