平面外弯矩下Y型主方支圆钢管节点热点应力集中系数研究

摘  要:对平面外弯矩作用下Y型主方支圆钢管节点进行了数值分析。基于不同几何参数,采用有限元方法建立Y型主方支圆钢管节点模型。依据有限元分析结果,计算节点热点应力及热点应力集中系数,并与已有试验结果进行对比验证。通过分析主、支管间焊缝的热点应力集中系数分布,得出热点应力集中系数的分布形式受节点几何构型的影响较小,且热点应力集中系数一般在鞍点处达到最大值。基于几何参数对鞍点处热点应力集中系数影响的分析结果,由回归分析建立计算Y型主方支圆钢管节点鞍点处热点应力集中系数的经验公式,并通过与有限元分析结果的对比,验证了经验公式计算结果的正确性。The numerical analysis of tubular circular hollow section (CHS)-rectangular hollow section (RHS)Y-joint under out-plane bending was conducted.The finite element models were established for tubular CHS-RHS Y-joints with various configurations.Based on the results of finite element analysis,hot spot stress and hot spot stress concentration factor (KSCF )were calculated by the linear extrapolation method,the accuracy of which was verified by comparing with related test results.According to the discussion of the distribution of KSCF along the-weld between chord and brace,it was found that the distributions of KSCF of Y-joints were little affected by joint configurations.The maximum value of KSCF occurred at the saddle in general.The effect of dimensionless geometry parameters on KSCF at the saddle was studied.The empirical formulas were established for the calculation of Kscr at the saddle of tubular CHS-to-RHS Y-joints by regression analysis. The KSCF calculated by empirical formulas agreed well with the results of finite element analysis.
