摘 要:目的:建立祛风通痹散的GC指纹图谱,为质量控制提供依据。方法:采用DB-1毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0. 25 mm,0. 25μm);程序升温;检测器为FID检测器;载气为高纯氮气(30 ml·min^(-1));氢气流速为300 ml·min^(-1);空气流速为30 ml·min^(-1);进样口温度为270℃;检测器温度为280℃;分流进样,分流比为30∶1,应用"中药色谱指纹谱图相似度评价软件(2009版)"评价10批制剂的相似度。结果:所建立的祛风通痹散的GC指纹图谱方法专属性、稳定性、重复性和精密度良好,10批样品的相似度符合要求。结论:该方法能够为进一步合理控制祛风通痹散的质量提供试验依据。Objective:To establish the GC fingerprint of Qufengtongbi San for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:The separation was performed on a DB-1 capillary column (30m ×0.25mm,0.25μm)with programmed temperature and the detector of GC was an FID detector.The cartier gas was nitrogen with high purity (30ml ·min^-1),the hydrogen flow rate was 300 ml ·min^-1 ,and the air velocity was 30ml·min^-1.The inlet temperature was 270℃ and the detector temperature was 280℃.Split injection was used at the ratio of 30:1.The similarity of 10batches of Qufengtongbi San was evaluated by similarity assay.Results : The GC fingerprint of Qufengtongbi San was set up,which was specific,stable,reproducible and precise.The similarity of the 10 batches of Qufengtongbi San met the relevant requirement.Conclusion:The established GC fingerprint can provide experimental basis for the overall quality control of Qufengtongbi San.
