摘 要:心血管疾病仍为我国疾病死亡率首位,其中心力衰竭为重要病因之一。本文针对治疗心力衰竭的机械辅助设备,通过回顾近年来发表有关体外生命支持设备的文献,综合评述了体外膜肺氧合和主动脉内球囊反搏,简述了其发展历史,介绍了基本结构和工作原理,归纳了它们的工作特点及优劣点。重点对比了在实际临床中二者联合应用效果,分析了造成这种差异的可能原因,并对未来研究进行展望。Nowadays,cardiovascular disease (CVD)is still the leading cause of death for Chinese.And heart failure is one main kind of CVD.This paper discusses two types of mechanical circulatory support devices for heart failure treatment.By reviewing recent related literature,we summarize history and development of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation and intra-aortic balloon pump,and introduce their elementary structure and theory of work.We conclude the advantages and disadvantages of both devices.Through the comparison for clinical outcomes of these two devices,the possible reasons that may lead to the difference were analyzed and the future research was prospected.
