摘　　要：目的 :检索和分析肝切除术后患者早期活动的相关证据,并对最佳证据进行总结。方法 :计算机检索PubMed、CochraneLibrary、BMJBest Practice、JoannaBriggsInstitute循证卫生保健中心数据库、美国指南网、英国国家临床医学研究所、苏格兰校际指南网、国际指南协作网、新西兰临床实践指南网和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于肝切除术后患者早期活动的所有证据,包括指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价及与证据密切相关的原始研究。结果 :共纳入证据9篇,包括指南2篇、专家共识3篇、系统评价3篇、随机对照试验1篇。最终总结5条最佳证据。结论 :所有纳入研究的证据均显示肝切除术后患者进行合理规划的早期活动是安全有益的;且国内也已构建高质量本土指南,建议临床医护人员可进行实践转化,加速患者康复,提高临床护理质量。Objective:To retrieve and analyze the best evidences for early mobilization after liver resection and summarize the best available evidences.Methods:Databases and websites including the PubMed,Cochrane Library,BMJ Best Practice,Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI),National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC),National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE),Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN),Guidelines International Network (GIN),the New Zealand Guidelines Group (NZGG)and China Biology Medicine disc (CBM)were searched to collect evidences for early mobilization after liver resection such as guidelines,consensus,evidence summaries,systematic reviews and original studies closely related to the theme.Results:Totally nine articles were enrolled including two guidelines,three expert consensus, three systematic reviews and one randomized controlled trial,and five items of best evidence were summarized.Conclusion: All the evidences included in the study show that it is safe and beneficial to carry out early mobilization after liver resection and local guidelines with high quality have been established in China.Therefore,it is suggested that clinical stuff should apply theories to practice by implementing the best practices summarized to accelerate recovery of patients and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
