摘　　要：PCOS是女性常见的内分泌疾病,主要以稀发排卵或无排卵、临床或者生化的高雄激素血症及卵巢呈多囊形态为临床表现,主要是由下丘脑-垂体-卵巢这一性腺轴失调引起。本文基于脏象学说,探讨PCOS临床表现中医肾、肝、脾、胞宫等脏腑功能失常的内在联系,认为PCOS呈现临床无排卵,生殖轴呈现促性腺激素异常,生殖脏器呈卵巢多囊样改变,分别与中医学的脏腑失常:冲任停滞、天癸失序和痰瘀胞宫中医病机理论相对应。Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)is a common endocrine disease,The clinical manifestations of women are mainly thin hair ovulation or no clinical ovulation or clinical or biochemical high testosterone levels,and polycystic ovary morphology,which were mainly caused by the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian,the sexual spool.This paper is based on the reproductive zang-fu theory,exploring the internal relations of Zang and Fu dysfunctions,such as kidney,liver, spleen,uterus etc.,manifested by PCOS It is believed that no clinical ovulation and genital rachis presented abnormality of gonadal hormone and polycystic ovary morphology of the reproductive organs,which are closely related with TCM pathogenesis theory,such as disorders of Zang and Fu,impact of stagnation,menstruation disorder,and phlegm and blood stasis cell palace.
