摘　　要：地方普通高校作为我国高等教育重要的组成部分,在服务区域经济建设和社会发展,培养应用型专门人才、科技创新等方面均具有重要作用。面对地方经济发展和产业升级带来的变化,地方高校需要把握产业升级变化趋势,及时合理决策,通过优化内外部资源配置,主动开拓创新,采取多种措施提升服务能力,保持自身可持续发展。Local universities is an important part of higher education in our country,and it plays an important role in serving regional economic construction and social development,training applied specialized talents,scientific and technological innovation,etc.Facing the changes brought about by local economic development and industrial upgrading,local universities need to grasp the changing trend of industrial upgrading.By optimizing the internal and external resources,and taking measures to exploit and innovate,take a variety of measures to improve service capabilities and maintain their su.stainable development.
