摘　　要：刚性矿物绝缘电缆(BTTZ电缆)具有优越的耐火性能,在火焰条件下不燃烧、不释放气体,但很难实现规格50 mm^2及以上多芯电缆及长米数电缆的生产。B1级柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆不仅在耐火、燃烧性能方面可与刚性矿物绝缘电缆媲美,而且在生产、安装敷设方面兼具柔性矿物绝缘电缆的优点。对B1级柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆的耐火和阻燃结构、材料、性能的设计进行了详细阐述。为了保证电缆在一级场所中消防设备干线中的安全运行,B1级柔性矿物绝缘防火电缆的应用将成为一种趋势,产品有着广阔的市场发展前景。Rigid mineral insulated cable (BTTZ cable)has excellent fire resistance and does not burn or release gas under flame conditions,but it is difficult to produce multi-core and long-length cable with specifications of 50mm^2 and above.B1grade flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable is not only comparable to rigid mineral insulated cable in terms of fire resistance and combustion performance,but also has the advantages of flexible mineral insulated cable in production and installation.The design of fire resistant and flame retardant structure,material and performance of B1 grade flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable is elaborated.In order to ensure the safe operation of the cable in the fire-fighting equipment trunk line in the first-class place,the application of B1grade flexible mineral insulated fireproof cable will become a trend,and the product has broad market development prospects.
