摘 要:目的建立测定银杏叶提取物中二乙烯苯残留量的方法。方法利用顶空-气相色谱法,以5%苯基-甲基聚硅氧烷为固定液(HP-5)的非极性石英毛细管柱,柱温为程序升温,进样口温度为160℃,火焰离子检测器温度为200℃,氮气流速为1.0 m L·min^(-1),顶空平衡温度为90℃,平衡时间为15min,进样量为1 mL。结果本方法中二乙烯苯在0.24~7.6μg·m L^(-1)浓度范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程:Y=12.332 7X+0.806 3(r=0.997 9),回收率、精密度、重复性、稳定性的RSD均<10%。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于测定银杏叶提取物中二乙烯苯的残留量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of divinylbenzene residues in ginkgo leaves extract. METHODS Using headspace gas chromatography with column of HP-5.The column temperature was programmed temperature with the inlet temperature was 160℃.FID dectector temperature was 200℃,nitrogen flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1,headspace equilibrium temperature was 90℃,equilibration time was 15 minutes,sample volume was 1mL.RESULTS The linear range of divinylbenzene in this method was 0.24-7.6μg·mL^-1.The regression equation:Y=12.3327X+0.8063(r=0.9979)shows a good linear relationship. The RSD of recovery,precision,repeatability and stability were all less than 10%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate and is suitable for the determination of divinylbenzene residues in ginkgo leaves extract.
