摘　　要：目的在某院初步建立药师协议处方制度。方法设立慢性阻塞性肺疾病药学专科门诊,通过建立呼吸专科医师与临床药师联合工作模式,在起始治疗由医师拟定治疗方案的基础上,药师负责稳定期患者的后续管理。结果药师开具的处方数量从2018年5～7月期间逐月增加,协议处方中以药物处方为主,占协议处方总数的94%。结论该院建立的慢性阻塞性肺疾病专科药师协议处方制度是切实可行的,值得进一步推广。OBJECTIVE Explore the pharmacist supplementary prescribing system in a hospital.METHODS By establishment collaborative drug therapy management between pharmacists and physicians in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), RESULTS The number of the pharmacist supplementary,prescribing was increasing from May to July,2018,and drug prescription was 94 percent in all supplementary prescribing.CONCLUSION The pharmacist supplementary prescribing system on outpatients of COPD in our hospital is practical and should be promoted.
