公众选择社区卫生服务机构就诊行为影响因素的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的为解决不同学者在公众选择社区卫生服务机构行为影响因素方面研究的差异,分析影响公众选择社区卫生服务行为的主要因素。方法采用定量和定性相结合的Meta分析方法,对22篇国内公众选择社区卫生服务机构行为或意愿实证研究共23 477个独立样本,从社会人口学特征、外部环境因素、医疗服务组织体系三方面进行综合分析。结果医疗技术水平、服务态度、信任医护人员、药品设备水平、价格合理、定点单位、距离近、就诊时间短是影响公众就诊选择的主要因素。结论针对研究结果,结合就诊行为主要因素从提供老年人健康服务、提高社区卫生服务知晓率、提升药品设备水平三个方面提出了促进公众首选社区卫生服务机构行为的策略。OBJECTIVE To solve the difference of the influencing factors of public choice in community health service; to analyse main factors that affect people’s choice of community health service. METHODS Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative meta-analysis methods,a total of 23 477 independent samples from 22 empirical studies on the behavior or willingness of the public choice in community health service were analyzed. Comprehensive analysis was carried out on three aspects: social demographic characteristics,external environmental factors,and medical service organization system. RESULTS The medical technology level,service attitude,trust in medical staff,pharmaceutical equipment quality,reasonable medical expenses,contracted hospital,convenient location,quick treatment were the main factors affecting the public’s selection of medical treatments. CONCLUSION According to the research result, providing health services to elderly, increasing awareness about community health services and improving pharmaceutical equipment quality are three measures that put forward to promote the public preference to choose community health services.
