护士对不同传染病职业暴露后创伤应激障碍的表现及其相关因素的调查

摘　　要：目的探讨护士在不同病原体职业暴露后的创伤应激障碍表现及其相关影响因素。方法选取2015年5月~2017年5月发生职业暴露的护士86名为研究对象,采用创伤后应激障碍自评量表平民版(ThePTSD Cheeklist—Civilan Version,PCL-C)进行调查,并分析与创伤后压力心理障碍症(Post-Traumatic Stress Disor—der,PTSD)相关的影响因素。结果职业暴露病原体不同,护士产生的PTSD发生率不同,护士的年龄、不同编制和文化程度是职业暴露后PTSD的影响因素。结论职业暴露病原体不同对护士产生的创伤应激障碍程度不同。Objective To explore the manifestations and related factors of post-traumatic stress disorder ( PTSD) in nurses after exposure to different pathogens. Methods A total of 86 nurses with occupational exposure from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as study subjects. The PTSD Cheeklister-Civilan Version ( PCL-C) was used for investigation. Factors related to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder ( PTSD) were analyzed. Results The incidence of PTSD was different for nurses with different exposure pathogens. The age, composition and educational level of nurses were the factors influencing PTSD after occupational exposure. Conclusions The degree of traumatic stress disorder is different for nurses with different exposure pathogens.
