血清Hcy的水平与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)的水平与2型糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法 :选择2017年9月至2018年2月期间四川省宜宾县人民医院检验科收治的55例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和同期在该院进行健康体检的29例健康人作为研究对象。按照24 h尿白蛋白排出率(urinary albuminexcretionrate,Uaer),将这55例T2DM患者分为DN组(Uaer> 30mg/24h)和NDN组(Uaer <30mg/24h),患者的Uaer> 30mg/24h代表其患有糖尿病肾病,患者的Uaer <30mg/24h代表其未患有糖尿病肾病,其中,DN组患者有28例,NDN组患者有27例。将29例健康人作为NC组。对三组研究对象均进行静脉采血。同时,采用全自动生化分析仪对三组研究对象血清Hcy、FBG(空腹血清葡萄糖)的水平进行检测。然后,比较三组研究对象Hcy、FBG的水平。结果 :与NDN组患者、NC组健康人相比,DN组患者血清Hcy的水平更高;与NC组健康人相比,DN组患者和NDN组患者血清FBG的水平更高(P <0.01)。结论 :血清Hcy的水平与2型糖尿病肾病存在明显的相关性。objective: to investigate the correlation between serum Hcy(homocysteine) level and type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 55 patients with type 2 diabetes(T2 DM) admitted by the clinical laboratory department of people’s hospital of yibin county, sichuan province from September 2017 to February 2018, and 29 healthy patients who underwent health physical examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as study objects. According to the 24 h urine albumin excretion rate(urinary albumin excretion rate, Uaer), will the 55 patients with T2 DM were divided into DN group(Uaer > 30 mg/24 h) and NDN group(Uaer < 30 mg/24 h), in patients with Uaer > 30 mg/24 h on behalf of the diabetic nephropathy, patients with Uaer < 30 mg/24 h on behalf of its not diabetic kidney disease, among them, there are 28 patients with DN group, 27 patients with NDN group. 29 healthy people were selected as NC group. Venous blood sampling was performed on all three groups of subjects. At the same time, the serum Hcy and FBG(fasting serum glucose) of the three groups of subjects were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. Then, the levels of Hcy and FBG in the three groups were compared. Results :compared with patients in NDN group and NC group of healthy people, serum Hcy level of patients in DN group was higher. Compared with NC group, FBG levels were higher in patients of DN group and NDN group(P < 0.01). Conclusion: serum Hcy level is significantly correlated with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.
