摘 要:目的比较天津市非高碘地区和高碘地区8~10岁儿童甲状腺容积与尿碘关系。方法2016-2017年,在天津市的非高碘地区和高碘地区采取现况研究方法,分别选取8~10岁儿童356名和199名。收集儿童尿样,采用砷铈催化分光光度法检测尿碘含量,采用B超法检测甲状腺容积。结果8、9、10岁儿童在高碘地区的尿碘中位数(500.00、443.00、407.00μg/L)均高于非高碘地区(189.39、168.35、189.90μg/L,Z=7.162、7.536、6.126,P均<0.05)。高碘地区8、9岁儿童甲状腺容积(2.81、2.91ml)高于非高碘地区(2.31、2.44ml,Z=3.474、3.264,P均<0.05)。尿碘和甲状腺容积之间存在弱相关性(r=0.109,P<0.05)。结论高碘地区8、9岁儿童尿碘水平和甲状腺容积均高于非高碘地区.Objective To explore the thyroid volume of children aged 8-10years in non-iodine high area and iodine high area of Tianjin and to analyze the relationship between thyroid volume and urinary iodine level. Methods In 2016-2017,a eross-seetional study was conducted in non-iodine high area and iodine high area in Tianjin.Totally 356and 199children aged 8-10years were seleeted,respectively.The urine samples of ehildren were collected and the iodine concentration in urine was measured by "As^3+-Ce^4+ catalytic spectrophotometry".The thyroid volume was monitored by B ultrasonic method.Results The medians of urinary iodine in the 8,9and 10 years old age groups in iodine high area (500.00,443.00,407.00μg/L)were higher than those of non-iodine high area (189.39,168.35,189.90μg/L,Z =7.162,7.536,6.126,P <0.05).The thyroid volume of children aged 8and 9 years in iodine high area (2.81,2.91ml)was higher than that in non-iodine high area (2.31,2.44ml,Z =3.474, 3.264,P <0.05).There was a weak correlation between urinary iodine and thyroid volume (r =0.109,P <0.05). Conclusion The urinary iodine level and thyroid volume of children aged 8and 9in iodine high areas are higher than those in non-iodine high areas.
