摘　　要：目的:观察骨刺散对家兔棉球肉芽肿形成和炎性因子表达的影响。方法:将25只家兔随机分为3组:空白对照组5只、模型组10只和骨刺散组10只;造模后,分别给予空白对照组、模型组和骨刺散组家兔白醋和骨刺散外敷;连续使用7 d后,取出肉芽肿称重,空白对照组采集相同部位的组织; ELISA法测定肉芽肿组织炎性因子TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子)、IL-6(白细胞介素6)的表达量。结果:骨刺散组家兔棉球肉芽肿较模型组明显减轻(P <0. 05);模型组家兔肉芽肿组织TNF-α、IL-6的表达较正常组明显增加(P <0. 05);骨刺散组家兔肉芽肿组织TNF-α、IL-6的表达较模型组明显减少(P <0. 05)。结论:骨刺散具有抑制肉芽肿形成及降低炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6表达的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Guci San on the formation of granulomatous granuloma and the expression of inflammatory cytokines TNF -α and IL -6 in rabbits.Methods:25rabbits were randomly di- vided into 3 groups as follows:the blank control group,model group,and Guci San group.After the granuloma models were made,3 groups were treated with white vinegar and Guci San respectively for 7days,the granulomas of the model group and Guci San group were collected and weighted,furthermore,the expressions of TNF - α and IL -6 in granulomast issues were determined by ELISA.Results:The granulomatous granuloma weight of Guci San group rabbits was lighter than that of model group (P <0.05);TNF -α and IL -6 expressions in granulomast issues of model group were higher than those of blank control group (P <0.05),the TNF-α and IL -6 expressions in granulomast issues of Guci San group were significantly lower than those of model group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Guci San can inhibit the formation of granulomatous granuloma and decrease the expressions of TNF -α and IL -6.
