摘 要:为探明池塘养殖条件草鱼两性生长体质量生长规律,采用电子芯片标记技术和解剖鉴定性别方法,追溯湖北、湖南和江苏三个地理来源的草鱼群体的不同性别草鱼在7月龄、8月龄、12月龄、16月龄、20月龄和32A龄的体质量生长状况,运用独立样本T检验比较雌雄草鱼体质量差异,结果表明:7月龄至16月龄雌雄草鱼体质量差异均不显著(P>0.05);20月龄雌鱼和雄鱼平均体质量分别为2659.09g和2530.06g,雌鱼比雄鱼体质量增加5.10%,差异达到显著水平(0.01<P<O.05),32月龄分别为4868.21g和4418.11g,雌鱼比雄鱼体质量增加10.18%,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。运用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy三种非线性模型对雌雄草鱼体质量生长规律和生长曲线进行拟合,结果表明:3种非线性模型均能较好的描述雌雄草鱼体质量生长规律,其中Logistic模型拟合效果更佳。研究结果有助于了解不同性别草鱼各自的生长模式,为草鱼单性品种选育和健康养殖提供参考。In order to study the body weight growth difference between female and male grass carp in pond culturemodel ,the PIT marker technique and anatomical identification method were used to identify the different gender grass carp in 7 months,8 months,12 months,16 months,20 months,32 month growth status.The body weight in different gender grass carp was compared by Indepentdent-Sample T test method.There were no significant differences in body weight between male and female ranging from 7 months to 16 months (P >0.05),but significant difference (0.01<P <0.05)and extremely significant difference (P <0.01)were found in 20 months and 32 months(respectively.The average body weights of females and males grass carp in 20 months were 2659.09 g and 2530.06 g respectively,and the average body weights of females and males grass carp in 32 months were 4868.21 g and 4418.11 g,respectively.The females body weight were 5.10% and 10.18% higher than that of male in 20 months and 32 months,respectively.The growth data were fitted with three kinds of nonlinear models (Logistic,Gompertz and Von B ertalanffy).The results showed that the three kinds of nonlinear models conld describe the weight growth of male and female grass carp,however,the logistic model with R2 of 0.995 was best.This paper is helpful to understand the growth rhythm of different sex grass carp,and provides reference for breeding management and new variety selection.
