摘 要:随着射孔技术和射孔工艺的进步,射孔穿深不断增加,应用原射孔技术无法获得工业油气流的储层可通过重复射孔获得再生。为了解重复射孔套管抗外挤强度安全性,为生产过程中套管安全控制提供关键参数,以常用51/2in×9.17mm的P110套管为例,采用16孔/m、90°相位角、10mm孔径射孔,应用ANSYS分析软件建立重复射孔套管有限元模型,用强化的Mises屈服准则为套管模型分配材料属性,应用映射法划分网格,在射孔边缘10倍细化网格,并进行了网格无关性测试。考虑重复射孔孔眼和原射孔孔眼沿轴向、沿螺旋线、沿周向相切3种不利分布,分析外压作用下重复射孔套管的抗外挤剩余强度。结果表明,3种不利分布重复射孔套管强度平均降低约11.43%,重复射孔孔眼和原射孔孔眼环向相切为最不利分布,强度降低16.35%;孔眼轴向两端应力明显大于孔眼环向两端应力。With the continuous advancement of perforating technology,the penetration depth of perforations has been increasing,and reservoirs that cannot obtain industrial oil gas flow using the original technology can be regenerated by repeated perforation.In order to understand the collapse resistance of the repeated perforation casing,so as to provide key parameters for the safety control of the casing in the production process,this paper takes the commonly used 51/2in×9.17 mm P110 casing as the research object.The perforation method used in the research process was 16 holes per meter,phase angle 90°,and aperture 10 mm,and the finite element model of repeated perforation casing was established by ANSYS analysis software.In addition,the enhanced Mises yield criterion is used to assign material properties to the casing model.Meanwhile,the mapping method is used to divide the mesh,the mesh is refined 10 times at the edge of perforation hole,and the mesh independence test is performed.Considering the three unfavorable distributions of the repetitive perforation and the original perforation in the axial direction,along the helix and tangentially in the circumferential direction,the residual strength of the repeated perforation casing under external pressure is analyzed.The results show that the intensity of the repetitive perforation casing is reduced by about 11.43% on average under three unfavorable distributions. The distribution is the most unfavorable when the repetitive perforation hole and the original perforation hole are tangent,and the strength is reduced by 16.35%;the stress at the axial ends of the perforation hole is significantly greater than the stress at the tangent ends.
