摘　　要：对仪表外壳结构进行了工艺分析,介绍了其注射模具的设计要点,重点讨论了模具的浇注系统、侧滑块机构、斜顶机构及自动脱螺纹机构的设计思路。实践表明,该模具动作可靠,效率高,产品质量稳定。Based on the analysis of gauge structure,the main design points of the injection mould were introduced.The gating system,side core mechanism,angled form pin mechanism and automatic unscrewing mechanism were introduced.Practice production proves that the mould is reliable,has high efficiency,and product quality is stable.
