摘　　要：介绍了一种带有内部凸缘和外侧长孔塑件的模具结构设计。针对外部长孔的成型,采用了液压缸辅助侧向抽芯,使模具结构运行顺畅。针对内部凸缘成型,需要向内部抽芯,因此采用了活动型芯的斜顶装置,保证了顶出及合模的准确性。An injection mould was designed for plastic part with inside flange and external long holes.For the forming of external long holes,hydraulic cylinder was used for side core pulling to ensure the smooth operation.A internally pulling core is adopted for the internal flange,so the active core and oblique outlet device were used for the accuracy of pushout and closing.
