摘  要:介绍了一种铝合金压铸件合理选取浇口位置、油缸抽芯和斜导柱抽芯相结合的一模二腔压铸模具结构。模具采用一模二腔布置方式,大幅提升压铸生产效率。采用潜伏式流道、两侧环形浇口进料的浇注系统,实现铸件顺序充型,保障铸件成型质量。合理布置推杆位置,提升了铸件外观质量。模具底侧大型芯采用油缸抽芯,模具结构更加紧凑、抽芯动作平稳、有力。通过一系列的创新设计,该模具在后续的生产应用过程中取得了较好的效果。A pressure-casting mould of aluminum alloy with one module and two cavities was introduced,which is charactered by reasonable selection of gate location,cylinder core pulling and slanted-guide-pillar core pulling.Benefit from one module and two cavities,the production efficiency gets well enhanced.The sequential filling of casting is realized and the casting quality is ensured by adopting the gating system with the latent flow channel and the ring feeding gate on both sides.Reasonable placement of putter position improves casting appearance.Adopting oil cylinder core pulling in the bottom of mould makes the die structure more compact and the core pulling movement steady,powerful.The mould works well in practical production.
