摘　　要：介绍北京交通大学参加2018中国国际太阳能十项全能竞赛的作品"i-Yard2.0"。面对人口结构老龄化的问题,该作品在社区模式、建造方式、建筑原型设计、养老精细化设计、景观环境设计、智慧养老以及高效能源等方面做出了实践尝试,为中国北方新城镇零能耗养老住宅提供思路。The paper introduces the design of i-Yard 2.0 of Beijing Jiaotong University team participating in the SDC 2018. Facing the problem of aging population,this project offers tentative solutions in several regards including community mode,construction mode,design of architectural prototypes,detail design for the elderly, landscape environmental design,intelligent healthcare and high-efficient energy,etc.It provides ideas for zero energy housing design for the elderly in new towns in North China.
