摘　　要：《共产党宣言》(以下简称《宣言》)作为人类历史上最突出和最伟大的著作之一,尽管170年来社会历史条件、时代主题等都发生了巨大而深刻的变化,但这部不朽的著作所阐发的基本原理仍然闪烁着理论的光辉,展现出跨时代的理论前瞻性和学术价值。尤其是在决胜全面建成小康社会,夺取新时代中国特色社会主义伟大胜利的关键时期,重温这部国际共产主义运动第一个纲领性文献,致敬经典,领略其历史原象和跨越时空的价值,具有重要的现实意义。The Communist Manifesto as one of the most prominent and greatest works in the history of mankind,the Declaration has undergone tremendous and profound changes in social and historical conditions and the theme of the times in the past 170years,but the basic principles elucidated in this immortal work are still shining.The brilliance of the theory shows the theoretical forward-looking and academic value of the era.Especially in the crucial period of winning a comprehensive well-off society and winning the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,revisit the first programmatic literature of this international communist movement,pay tribute to the classics,and appreciate its historical image and value across time and space.,has important practical significance.
