摘  要:瓷绝缘子作为一种重要的输电线路设备,在我国特高压直流输电工程中应用广泛,但在直流电场作用下,其静电集尘效应使绝缘子表面积污严重,污闪概率比交流电场大为增加。为了减少直流瓷绝缘子的污闪概率,将原有绝缘子作为母体,根据电场分布理论、气体放电理论和沿面放电理论,通过设置附件系统来抑制污秽放电现象的发展,从而达到提高绝缘子污秽闪络电压的目的。试验结果表明,在未改变绝缘子的电气距离和结构参数的情况下,应用附件系统可大幅度提高污秽闪络电压。这对提高特高压直流瓷绝缘子的污秽闪络电压具有一定的指导意义。As an importanttransmission line equipment,porcelain insulators are widely used in China's HVDC transmission projects.However,under the action of DC electric field,the electrostatic precipitation effect makes the surface of insulators more serious,and the pollution flashover probability greatly increases than that under AC.In order to reduce flashover probability of DC porcelain insulators,the original insulator is taken as the parent body.According to electric field distribution theory,gas discharge theory and surface discharge theory,the attachment system is set up to suppress the development of contamination discharge so as to achieve the goal of improving contamination flashover voltage of insulators.The experimental results show that the application of the attachment system can greatly increase contamination flashover voltage without changing electrical distance and structural parameters of the insulator.The research results have certain guiding significance to improve contamination flashover voltage of UHVDC porcelain insulators.
